“我和我的學生教育故事”演講
“隨風潛入夜,潤物細無聲”。好的教育不僅僅是傳授知識、教書育人,而應當是攜手探路、陪伴成長。
為加強教師隊伍整體素質(zhì),提高教師間的業(yè)務(wù)交流,增加師生間的粘合力與情感溝通,促成全校教師愛護學生、培育老師的良好氛圍,26日下午,在我校德育處的引導組織下,在小禮堂召開中外方班主任會,7位中外方代表教師就“我和我的學生教育故事”這一主題展開演講,分享他們與學生之間的暖心故事~

Education is a crucial means for students to uncover their own potential, unveil new possibilities, and reach beyond their limitations that were previously unattainable still remains at the crux of the importance of education. It is my mission that, despite the drastic changes that have occurred in the world, principle that have guided my educational philosophy will still be foundational in leading my students towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
教育是學生發(fā)掘自身潛力、發(fā)掘新可能性、超越以往無法達到的局限性的重要手段,這仍然是教育重要性的關(guān)鍵所在。我的使命是:盡管世界發(fā)生了巨大的變化,指導我的教育理念的原則仍然是引導我的學生成為最好的自己的基礎(chǔ)。

Limai and I 力邁和我
I have 16 years of experience in education and teaching with children aged 3 to 10. I once had a student named Kevin. I spoke to the Chinese teacher and was told that he would frequently have outbursts and difficulty socialising with others.When I communicated with him, he once told me:
“Everyone thinks I’m a bad boy, so I act bad.” He was stunned when I told him, “I don’t think you’re a bad boy.” That was the first turning point.It was essential that Kevin had a similar structure in school and at home and was involved in its creation. Once Kevin had been given the skills to handle any future outbursts, the next step was to boost his confidence in his academics. This was done in multiple ways, but it was essential to ensure that Kevin was interested.
In a short space of time, Kevin made considerable developments. As he was given the skills to handle his anger and frustration and the time to be heard, his socialisation with the other students improved. This led to less fighting with peers, being pulled out of class to “talk about his behaviour”, and stepped into a “l(fā)eader” role for the first time. In addition, his confidence increased with the sense of responsibility of roles assigned to him in class.
我擁有16年與3到10歲兒童接觸的教育教學經(jīng)驗。我曾經(jīng)有一個叫凱文的學生,他之前的語文老師說過他脾氣很差,經(jīng)常爆發(fā),很難和別人社交。我在與他交流的時候,他曾經(jīng)告訴我:
“每個人都認為我是個壞男孩,所以我表現(xiàn)得很壞?!碑斘腋嬖V他,“我不認為你是個壞男孩”時,他震驚了。這是第一個轉(zhuǎn)折點。家校一致對Kevin來說至關(guān)重要。一旦Kevin掌握了處理未來突發(fā)事件的技能,下一步就是增強他對學習的信心。這是通過多種方式完成的,但必須確保他感興趣。
在很短的時間內(nèi),Kevin就取得了明顯的進步。由于他學會了處理憤怒和沮喪的技能,并且有被傾聽的時間,他的社交能力得到了改善。這減少了與同學的爭吵,開始讓他在課后“評價自己”,并且第一次成為了“領(lǐng)導者”。此外,由于在課堂上給他分配角色,增強責任感,他的信心也增強了。

Hello,my name is Liam.First and foremost, there cannot be a love of teaching without first loving what you teach. You must engage student interest with what interests you. Don’t lecture students relentlessly. They have their parents for that. Students come to school looking for longing and inspiration, to give meaning to what they are doing. They must look forward to the life that is ahead of them, and we are vital to that.
首先,如果不首先喜歡你所教的東西,你就不可能喜歡教學,你必須讓學生的興趣和你的興趣相結(jié)合。不要無情地教訓學生,他們有他們的父母來支持他們。學生們來學校尋找渴望和靈感,給他們所做的事情賦予意義。他們必須期待眼前的生活,而我們對此至關(guān)重要。

Educational Stories of Me and My Student
I'm Carmen.Kimi Guo is a fifth grade student who showed progress in his academic performance and behaviour. Kimi Guo is a Limai student since kindergarten. Being his teacher from the beginning helped me to notice his struggles regarding his behaviour and academics. With the right guidance, the student was able to overcome most of the difficulties he encountered during his student career at Limai. It is part of the teacher’s satisfaction to witness the student’s progress.
He is in grade 5 now. I guided him a lot from kindergarten to grade 2 and his behaviour improved. Once his behaviour improved, he started to make progress in his academics. In grades 3 and 4 he was in the level C class (C level is the weakest) in the English class. I can proudly say that now in grade 5 Kimi moved from the C level class to the B level class. I am very proud of him and his hard work.
大家好!我是卡門。Kimi郭是一名5年級的學生,他在學習成績和行為規(guī)范上都取得了進步。他從幼兒園開始來到力邁。從一開始成為他的老師,我就注意到了他在行為規(guī)范和學習方面的問題。在正確的指導下,該名學生克服了在力邁學習期間遇到的很多困難。見證學生的進步是教師滿足感的一部分。
Kimi現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)五年級了。在他學前到二年級期間,通過我的引導,他的日常表現(xiàn)進步明顯,開始努力學習。現(xiàn)在他的成績相較于三、四年級,已經(jīng)有了明顯的提高,我為他和他所付出的努力感到無比驕傲!
02 中教演講

我和頑強的小猴子的故事
還記得在7月10日見面會的前一晚我輾轉(zhuǎn)難眠,因為對他早有耳聞,我幻想著他的模樣,他的聲音,他的眼神。見面當天我的聲音向全班同學傳遞時,他們期待的眼神都看向我,唯獨他沉浸在自己的世界里,像我不存在一樣。通過深入了解,父母雙盲的家庭,也許是基因的遺傳原因,小猴子出生時就患有先天性白內(nèi)障,在這六年期間做了多次手術(shù)。也許看到朝陽升起、夕陽西落是不能再平常的事,但這對于小猴子的一家,一束模糊的光亮就是他們對美好一天的向往。
一個孩子是一個家庭的希望。作為教師我們不僅要教書更要育人,要用愛去呵護每一個孩子,讓他們感受到溫暖和愛,更加自信地去面對這個世界。“身心健康比知識更重要”,我希望若干年后這只頑強的小猴子回憶起在力邁的學習和生活時,他內(nèi)心是滿足的、快樂的。也許隨著頑強的小猴子不斷長大,他會遇到更多的問題。當同學們都在一起玩游戲時,他會覺著孤單。當老師讓他寫《我的媽媽》的作文時,他會不知所措。我們唯一能做的就是給予他精神上的鼓勵,讓他能更加頑強、自信地與未來握手。未來我期待這只小猴子能帶給我更多的驚喜,有一天他能走出山林去探索外面更廣闊的世界!

我與小羅同學的故事
我們班有一位令我很苦惱的學生,那就是小羅同學,當我三年級剛接手這個班級時,發(fā)現(xiàn)他很是“任性頑皮”,愛插嘴,愛辯論,愛損人,愛發(fā)脾氣,很讓人反感。但任憑別人如何說他,他就一副“視若無睹”的神態(tài)。
后來,我實在是忍不住了,有一次放學把他單獨留在了教室里,因為他是住校生,我能與他多聊些,我開始聊起他在校一些不好的行為習慣。當我數(shù)落完畢之后,問他:“你認為你的優(yōu)點是什么?”他毫不猶豫的說:“ 我獨立堅強!我從不打小報告?!?/strong>我突然很心疼這個孩子,誠懇地說:“ 是啊!你的優(yōu)點如此明顯,我怎么就忽略了呢?”過了一會,我說:“可是,如果你能把自己的優(yōu)點放大,而把缺點試著一點點地糾正過來,你的優(yōu)點不就大家都知道了嗎?”他不哼聲,很難得地沒有辯解。慢慢地,我會給他更多的關(guān)注,他開始在日常的學習過程中,給我呈現(xiàn)了驚喜。課堂上他不再像以前那樣愛插話了,與人產(chǎn)生矛盾也開始克制自己的脾氣了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)他在轉(zhuǎn)變,發(fā)現(xiàn)了他的進步,我的鼓勵與表揚也很及時,他不再與人針鋒相對,慢慢地適應著這個大集體。
教育是喚醒靈魂的過程”。我一直努力用自己的語言、行動去感召每一位孩子。學生如果在教師的言行中體會到了真誠的關(guān)愛,他們會以自己的最大努力來珍愛自己、回報老師。尤其是對于后進生,教師應給子他們更大的關(guān)愛和幫忙,轉(zhuǎn)化后進生的工作十分艱苦細致,而能成功轉(zhuǎn)化一個后進生就是我們做教師最幸福的時刻!

我和班級的成長故事
我作為班主任已經(jīng)陪伴這個班級走過了3年寒窗,雖然每一年都有變化,但是于我及有些同學,熟悉感和親切感是不變的。我與班級就在這三年里逐漸成長,7、8年級我很嚴肅,管理班級很嚴格,因為認為該階段是行為習慣養(yǎng)成階段.9年級的我在管理觀念上發(fā)生改變,更注重學生的自律自覺。班級的狀態(tài)也有最初的浮躁漸漸地穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,直至變得優(yōu)秀。
這三年來,讓我悟有所成的就是師生間的關(guān)系。“臺下朋友,臺上師生”,我逐年在經(jīng)驗中確信我的原則,當我一旦走向講臺,就會對課堂有嚴格要求。同樣的原則,學生們也銘記于心。無論是師生還是朋友,隨著交往會認識到每個人身上的閃光點,因此我們便可以提供個性化幫助。我們班上的一個學習成績一般的男孩子,籃球場上卻能閃閃發(fā)光。喜歡在課堂上打瞌睡的他,卻能夠?qū)W⒌夭煌M肚?00個,這種毅力真的令人贊賞!
03 總結(jié)發(fā)言
德育外方主任Adam對外教老師準備的精彩演講表示贊許,同時表示鼓勵。最后,劉校上臺表示:“我們外方教師充滿理性,中方教師則充滿感性的愛。我校教師團隊有師德,有才華,有故事。最后,我想隆重地感謝所有演講老師真誠的分享?!?/span>
魯迅說過:“教育植根于愛?!睈廴?,為其計深遠。教育,則助人成材,引導孩子走向光明未來。教師作為教育的先行者和實踐者,應當恪守本責,給予孩子知識、關(guān)懷及愛心,助推教育事業(yè)發(fā)展,為世界培養(yǎng)優(yōu)質(zhì)的國際化人才。
