今日中國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)際教育的啟示——力邁華美

　　Some people say that international education refers to education on a global scale beyond the country. Studying abroad is the most direct manifestation. In fact, every positive event happening in China and affecting the world right now is the most authentic international education. In the future, these proven Chinese experiences will also be the standard for measuring the world.

　　有人說(shuō)國(guó)際教育，是指超越國(guó)家之上的全球范圍內(nèi)的教育，出國(guó)留學(xué)是最直接的表現(xiàn)形式。其實(shí)，眼下在中國(guó)發(fā)生的每一件正面且影響世界的事情，就是最真實(shí)的國(guó)際教育。而在未來(lái)，這些被實(shí)踐證明的中國(guó)經(jīng)歷也將是衡量世界的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

　　After the outbreak, thousands of medical workers responded to our government's call to help Wuhan. Even though public transportation was suspended to control infection, there are free taxi fleets for those in need of medical assistance or shopping. Food is becoming easier to obtain and distribution is accelerating, and fresh fruits and vegetables are being transported into Wuhan. More and more enterprises have begun to self-adjust production of materials related to epidemic prevention.

　　疫情爆發(fā)后，成千上萬(wàn)的醫(yī)療工作者響應(yīng)我們政府的號(hào)召馳援武漢，即使公共交通停運(yùn)以控制傳染，也有免費(fèi)的出租車隊(duì)為那些需要醫(yī)療救助或購(gòu)物的人服務(wù)。食物逐漸容易獲得且配送速度加快，新鮮的水果和蔬菜也被運(yùn)送進(jìn)武漢。越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始自我調(diào)整生產(chǎn)與防疫相關(guān)的物資。

　　As of March 1, 2020, a total of 42,000 medical personnel from China's national health system assisted Wuhan, and 16 provinces supported other cities in Hubei in a one-to-one manner.

　　2020年3月1日止，中國(guó)國(guó)家醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)共有4.2萬(wàn)名醫(yī)務(wù)人員馳援武漢，并有16個(gè)省以一對(duì)一的方式來(lái)支持湖北其他地方城市。

　　Within one month, we built 2 hospitals for treatment of pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus and 16 square cabin hospitals. Today, there are 40,000 beds in Wuhan for pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus (excluding isolation treatment sites) with 30% available now.

　　1個(gè)月內(nèi)我們建成了2間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)新冠肺炎治療醫(yī)院，與16間方艙醫(yī)院。今天，武漢用于應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎的床位有4萬(wàn)張(不包含隔離治療點(diǎn))，現(xiàn)已出現(xiàn)30%的空余。

　　At present, the production volume of single-day masks in China is 100 million. As long as the country and people need, our state-owned enterprises will produce and guarantee the quality without increasing prices.

　　目前全中國(guó)的單日口罩生產(chǎn)量是1億只。只要國(guó)家和人民需要我們的國(guó)企就生產(chǎn)，保證質(zhì)量，不漲價(jià)。

　　"Guided by the vision of a community with a shared future for humanity, Chinese government is making every effort not only to protect the life and health of its own people but also to contribute to global public health security." This will become a business card for China’s foreign relations. We have paid a huge price to control the epidemic situation in our country and when we go abroad after the epidemic, we should be proud of the philosophy and spirit that the government insists on. We talk substantively and constructively. We are true to our word. We have the responsibility of a big country. We are responsible for the world.

　　“中國(guó)政府，秉持人類命運(yùn)共同體理念，即對(duì)本國(guó)人民生命安全和身體健康負(fù)責(zé)，也對(duì)全球公共衛(wèi)生事業(yè)盡責(zé)?！边@段話將成為中國(guó)對(duì)外的一張名片。我們付出巨大的代價(jià)將本國(guó)疫情控制在國(guó)內(nèi)，當(dāng)疫情之后走出國(guó)門(mén)，我們應(yīng)該為政府所堅(jiān)持的理念和精神感到驕傲和自豪。我們言之有物，我們言而有信，我們有大國(guó)擔(dān)當(dāng)，我們?yōu)槭澜缲?fù)責(zé)。

　　In addition to the most basic teaching in each country, people should also be taught to respect each other, eradicate racial discrimination, rational and objective analysis of problems, and work together to overcome difficulties. The novel coronavirus epidemic has given many people a profound lesson. The virus infects people regardless of country, system, doctrine, ideology, race, religion, income, and social status. The epidemic prevention work is not fulfilling due diligence, and the spread of infection is inevitable.

　　既便是各國(guó)最基本的教書(shū)育人也應(yīng)教導(dǎo)人們相互尊重，杜絕種族歧視，遇到問(wèn)題理性客觀分析，相互協(xié)作共渡難關(guān)。這次新冠病毒給了很多人一次深刻的教訓(xùn)，病毒傳染人，不分國(guó)家、體制、主義、思想、人種、宗教、收入、社會(huì)地位。防疫工作不履職盡責(zé)，感染傳播不可避免。

　　In China, the media is strictly not allowed to spread relevant statements, including speculation, that “other countries have deliberately created viruses." Although we are facing tremendous pressure, all our energy is focused on fighting the novel coronavirus epidemic.

　　今日中國(guó)所發(fā)生的一切檢驗(yàn)著最真實(shí)的國(guó)際教育，它的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不是語(yǔ)法造句，不是主義思想，不是論點(diǎn)論據(jù)在反復(fù)碰撞中產(chǎn)生各種嬌艷的火花。而是在重大危機(jī)與重壓之下，展現(xiàn)出人類文明最理性光輝的一刻。
