　　2020年4月22日是第51個世界地球日，力邁中美國際學(xué)校發(fā)起“2020年地球日線上挑戰(zhàn)賽!”活動，分別以“廢物改造大挑戰(zhàn)”和“創(chuàng)意地球海報(bào)”為主題展開線上競賽，看一看哪位學(xué)生能夠成為今年地球日的最佳代表。

　　April 22, 2020 is the 51st Earth Day. In celebration of Earth Day2020, LCAIS will have an online student challenge to see which one of ourstudents can best represent Earth Day this year!

　　There are two challenges offered to the students. The first challenge is called “Making Garbage Useful”.

　　廢物改造大挑戰(zhàn)

　　Making Garbage Useful

　　Recycling Challenge

　　本項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)，學(xué)生要找到可回收物品，如塑料瓶，牛奶盒，玻璃杯等，將廢物改造成新的物品，如鳥窩，花盆等;也可以利用廢物制作藝術(shù)展品或畫作。盡情發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力吧!

　　For this challenge, students must find recyclable products such as plastic water jugs, milk cartons, glass bottles, or anything similar, and create a useful object from the product such as a bird feeder or plant pot. It is also acceptable to turn the recyclable products into pieces of art! The more creative you are the better!

　　創(chuàng)意地球海報(bào)

　　Creative Earth Poster

　　本項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)，學(xué)生們發(fā)揮藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作能力，繪制地球日海報(bào)。海報(bào)以保護(hù)自然環(huán)境為主題，繪制保護(hù)地球的事跡，表達(dá)出保護(hù)地球，迫在眉睫的思想。

　　For this we are asking students to showcase their artistic abilities by creating the most creatively drawn Earth Day poster! The poster should include pictures in the theme of protecting the environment, facts about protecting earth, and reasons why we should protect our environment.

　　微信的開機(jī)畫面是地球，但是你知道這個看上去很美的畫面，需要我們大家一起維護(hù)與熱愛嗎?

　　這次線上大賽，我們收到了很多學(xué)生的作品，學(xué)生們的創(chuàng)造力讓我們驚嘆不已!感謝所有參賽的有環(huán)保意識的學(xué)生們!

　　力邁中美國際學(xué)校一年一度的環(huán)保主題教育月即將進(jìn)入尾聲。這次“世界地球日”活動，將我們的主題教育推向了新的高潮，他讓學(xué)生們深刻地認(rèn)識到?jīng)]有地球的健康就沒有人類的健康，讓我們攜手，用行動護(hù)衛(wèi)家園，用熱血澆灌地球。

　　We had dozens of responses from students and we were amazed by the students creativity! We want to thank all of our environmental conscious students for their participation in this years competition!

　　The annual environmental protection awareness month of LCAIS is coming to an end. This "Earth Day" event pushed our theme month to a new limit. It made the students deeply realize that there is no health without the healthy planet. Let us work together to protect our homeland by the meaningful actions.
