揚帆遠航、學(xué)有所獲
為促進儋州英語教育的發(fā)展,提高儋州小學(xué)英語教師的教學(xué)水平。在儋州市教育局和儋州市教育研究培訓(xùn)院的大力支持下,我們到北京開啟了為期一周的跟崗學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)之旅。In order to promote the development of English education in Danzhou and improve the teaching level of English teachers in primary schools in Danzhou. With the strong support of the Danzhou Education Bureau and the Danzhou Education Research and Training Institute, we started a week's on-the-job study and training trip to Beijing.

一天的跟崗學(xué)習(xí)已結(jié)束,在這里感受到了這個學(xué)校濃厚的中外文化氣息和課堂上學(xué)生脫口而出的英語震撼著我們。也思考著自己教學(xué)上的差異和不足。
Summary:
The day's on-the-job study is over, and we are shocked by the school's strong cultural atmosphere at home and abroad and the students'blurting out English in class. I also think about the differences and deficiencies in my teaching.
